KARL HUGO is adding its weight to the fight against cancer by supporting the IBA Sailing Team.
With a very respectable 14th place out of 49 in the World Chamionships at The Hague in the Netherlands, the team achieved its objective of finishing in the top third. During the offshore race, they did even better: following 28 hours and 147 nautical miles (272 kilometres) of sailing in extreme conditions made even harder by a light wind, the crew managed a highly commendable 7th place!

The KARL HUGO — IBA Sailing Team adventure will continue when the boats are launched again at Ostend on September 15th and 16th, a month before the Antwerp Race regatta scheduled October 13th.
