On Sunday 22nd of May, KARL HUGO welcomed the 2022 edition of the ZUKUNFT METALL day. On this gorgeous sunny day, the entire company joined forces to welcome more than 1,000 visitors. 35 schools and companies specialising in the metal industry attended to showcase these exciting technical professions for the younger generations. Many young people, accompanied by their families, learned about careers in a factory, as a machining operator, welder, assembler, project leader or industrial engineer. The KARL HUGO teams were all over the place to answer any questions the visitors might have. This 2022 edition, which welcomed such distinguished guests as Oliver Paasch, Minister-President of the German-speaking Community of Belgium, Antonios Antoniadis, Vice-Minister-President of the German-speaking Community of Belgium, Lydia Klinkenberg, Minister of Education and Scientific Research of the German-speaking Community of Belgium and Karl-Heinz Lambertz, President of the Parliament of the German-speaking Community of Belgium, met with resounding success!
